How it works

A clear, gentle path — from first call to lasting change.

RTT blends hypnosis, neuroscience, and proven therapeutic techniques to reach the beliefs beneath how you feel — and reframe them at the source. Here's exactly what the journey looks like.

The method

What Rapid Transformational Therapy actually is.

RTT is a solution-focused approach that combines hypnosis with principles from neuroscience and proven therapeutic techniques. In a relaxed, deeply focused state, we gently trace a belief or pattern back to where it first formed — often a moment long forgotten.

Once we understand its root, we reframe that old story with your adult understanding, so it no longer holds the same meaning or power. A personalised recording then reinforces the new belief day by day, until it becomes naturally yours.

  1. Understand

In deep relaxation, we find where a belief first took hold and why it made sense at the time.

  2. Reframe

We rewrite that story with your adult perspective, so the old meaning simply no longer fits.

  3. Rewire

Your personalised recording, listened to daily, embeds the new belief until it feels effortless.

The journey

What working together looks like, step by step.

  1. Free discovery call

A relaxed, no-pressure conversation to see if we're a good fit and make sure RTT is right for you. No obligation.

  2. Intake consultation (45–60 min)

We explore what you'd like to change and gather everything needed to tailor your session.

  3. Relaxation recording

A recording to help you arrive calm and prepared.

  4. Your main RTT session (90–120 min)

The heart of the work — reaching the root and reframing it, held in a safe, judgement-free space.

  5. Personalised transformation recording

Yours to keep, with a 21-day listening plan that embeds the change.

  6. Follow-up integration session (30 min)

Around day 10, we reconnect to reinforce your progress.

  7. Email support throughout

I'm with you across the process.

Before you book

Your questions, gently answered.

How many sessions will I need?

RTT is designed to be rapid. The core programme is built around one main session, supported by your intake, your personalised recording, and a follow-up. Some people choose to return later to work on other areas of their life.

What's included, and what does it cost?

The full RTT programme is $450 CAD and includes a 45–60 minute intake, a relaxation recording, your 90–120 minute main session, a personalised transformation recording with a 21-day listening plan, a 30-minute follow-up session around day 10, and email support throughout.

Is the discovery call really free?

Yes. The discovery call is free and carries no obligation. It's simply a chance to talk, see if we're a good fit, and make sure RTT is right for you before you commit to anything.

Is RTT the same as hypnosis?

Hypnosis is one of the tools RTT uses, alongside principles from neuroscience and proven therapeutic techniques. You stay aware and in control throughout — it feels like a deep, comfortable state of relaxation.

What if I can't be hypnotised?

Hypnosis is a natural state you move in and out of every day — like becoming absorbed in a book or a film. My role is simply to guide you gently into that relaxed, focused state.

Are sessions online or in person?

Sessions are held online, so you can take part from the comfort and privacy of your own home, wherever you are.

How soon will I notice a change?

Everyone's experience is different. Some people notice a shift quickly, while for others change unfolds gradually over the 21-day listening period as the new belief embeds.
